Deeply rooted in eyewear industry

Mr. Chao Cheung Martin started his optical business as a partnership of the company.

Martin began to use “Fortuna Optical Factory Ltd.” as the name of his eyewear business.

First production lines located in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. Hand-made acetate and metal frames were mainly exported to Europe and US.

Fortuna Optical Factory Ltd. became a member of Hong Kong Optical Manufacturers Association Ltd. (HKOMA)

First year as one of the exhibitor of HKOMA Fair in Hong Kong.

The production lines and facilities for acetate and injection frames relocated to Dongguan, China.

Many years as one of the exhibitor of MIDO in Italy.

The production lines and facilities for metal frames relocated to Wenzhou, China.

Many years as one of the exhibitor of Vision Expo in U.S..

The new office set up in Fo Tan, Hong Kong.

“Fortunaopti Company Ltd.” was set up, for business of export and import eyewears in Hong Kong.

Fortunaopti Company Ltd. started for the distributor business of high quality eyewear brands from Europa, US, Japan and Korea.

Mr. Lee Wing Fung Ivan took over as the second-generation of the eyewear business of “Fortunaopti Group”.
